Building the storm-surge barrier is easy.   It can be done quickly.  

The entire project can be paid for with Debt-Free-Money issued directly from the United States Treasury.   This is perfectly legal.   It's the same source of Debt-Free-Money that Abraham Lincoln used during the Civil War to free the slaves and save the union.  

The only reason this barrier has not already installed and fully functioning is because the Cabal criminal bankers are doing everything they can to prevent the barrier from being built.

Interview Questions and Answers

Q      I've heard you say that a California earthquake
         can cause a severe, national, financial  depression.  
         Please tell us how that can happen.   

If a major earthquake occurs in or near San Francisco before a storm-surge barrier is built in the Carquinez Strait, the earthquake will trigger a chain of extremely destructive events.   If we continue to do nothing, at the end of this chain of events, we will find ourselves in a severe, national, financial depression.  

Q      So, an earthquake is not the direct cause of a depression.  
         There are several steps in between.    What are the Steps? 

Step one is to build a storm-surge barrier be built in the Carquinez Strait at the north end of San Francisco bay (San Pablo Bay).  

Q      Why build a storm-surge barrier?   

To prevent a major earthquake in or near San Francisco from destroying the headwaters of the California aqueduct.  

Q      Why save the aqueduct headwaters?  

To prevent the California aqueduct from being shut down for two years while repairs are made.     

Q      Why keep water flowing to Central and Southern California?  

Because if it shuts down, 25 million people, thousands of farms, and hundreds of thousands of businesses in Central and Southern California will be without their major source of fresh water for about two years.    

Q      Why protect the people, the farms, and the businesses
         in Central and Southern California?  

To prevent a severe, California, environmental and financial disaster.   

Q      Why prevent a California disaster?  

To prevent a severe, national financial depression.  

Q      Why prevent a severe, national, finanial depression?

A major earthquake in or near San Francisco will severely damage the 1,100 square-mile Sacramento River and the San Joaquin river Inland-Delta Area.   This delta is only a few miles east of San Francisco.   It's the source of water for the California aqueduct.  

The aqueduct channels fresh water to thousands of farms, to hundreds of thousands of businesses, and to 25 million people in Central and Southern California.   

About 170 years ago, much of this shallow, marshy area was converted to farmland by the construction of dikes, levees, and canals.   Once exposed to air, the peat moss in the dried areas began to rot and compact and sink.    Today much of the farmed area is 15 feet or more below sea level.  

These patches of dry farmland are surrounded by water and are protected from flooding by a mismatch of very old and very poorly constructed, earthen  dikes.  

A major earthquake in or near San Francisco will cause hundreds of these dikes to liquefy and then collapse.   If these dikes collapse all at once, salty ocean water will rush in through the Carquinez Strait and flood the below-sea-level areas of the delta with salty, ocean water.  

The entire inland delta area will be severely damaged.   In addition to the physical damage, the loss of life, and the halting of most delta farming, the inflow of salt water will require the aqueduct to be shut down for two years while repairs are made.  

Shutting down the California Aqueduct will leave 25 million people, thousands of farms, and hundreds of thousands of businesses in Central and Southern California without their major source of fresh water for about two years.   

Q      Are there other sources of water?   

California is in the middle of a severe drought so alternate water sources are not available.   

This massive farm and business shutdown, along with 25 million Californians without water, will trigger a severe, national, financial depression.    

Q      How come we haven't heard about this before?  

Because the Cabal criminal bankers want this disaster to happen.   You haven't heard about this easily preventable, but otherwise inevitable California Water Disaster because the Cabal criminals own and control both the U. S. monetary system and the mainstream media.  

Q      Why would anybody in their right mind
         want to create a national depression?   

They are not in their right minds.   They're doing this as simply one more step in their attempt to destroy the American people and create a Cabal-criminal-controlled dictatorship.  

Q      That's criminally insane.

Q      What are they doing and why are they doing it?

A cartel of banking criminals, known as the Cabal, has managed to take control of the United States federal government.   Their goal is to create a dictatorship with themselves in control and the rest of us either dead or their slaves.   

Q      That's so bizarre it's almost unbelievable.
